Supportive, sustained, and gentle asanas (postures) help to cultivate ease within muscles, joints, and the nervous system. This upcoming restorative class will focus on postures that encourage gentle length with ample hands-on adjustments to ensure proper alignment and appropriate depth appropriate for each student with props including bolsters and sandbags.
